Charlize most recently performed at their alma mater, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, as Siobhan, in a student production of
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.
This was an incredibly important production for them to partake in, not only because they got to play across from one of their closest friends and roommate, but because this was the first time they got to portray their neurodivergency and disability on stage.
"Experiencing the joy and the grief of that show while finally getting to know what its like to feel supported to have my neurodivergency be present on stage. All while simultaneously playing across from another actor on the spectrum. That's what theater should be."
"Each night in the final scene when Christopher looked to Siobhan asking, "Does that mean I can do anything?" I would cry. From joy, and grief, and for the child in me that finally felt like I was seeing myself look right back at me. And that I could do anything."

On the other hand, Charlize can also be seen embarking the past few years on a show called Toothy's Treasure created by their dear friends Brayden Martino and John-William Gambrell. Charlize has always been someone who loves to be a part of new works, whether that is in their creation or in their performance, because nurturing this new wave of artists is needed more than ever.
Charlize started with this project in December of 2022 when it debuted in the Contemporary Theater Senior Capstone Festival at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Since then, they went on to perform different versions of this show, not once, but twice more; once at the Off-Broadway Incubator in January 2023 and once at The Boston Center for the Arts in June 2023.
Since then, they have not carried on with the project itself but have continued the endless support of that show and its vision as it grows with the See Humans Company in New York. In the future, Charlize hopes to get the opportunity to be a part of many more new pieces of theater, whether that be behind, or in front of the table.
